Nat and BlueGreen were successful in establishing themselves on a preferred supplier list of staffing agencies for my organisations, but quickly became the “go-to” person, for her personable approach, no nonsense & relatable communication style, but mainly, she just gets excellent, well-prepared candidates from a broad range of backgrounds in front of my recruiting managers.
